Grab your family and head over to your nearby YMCA today for Healthy Kids Day.  Here's the description from their Facebook page: "April 16 is Healthy Kids Day at the Y. We have free activities for the community from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the Briggs Community Branch, Olympia Downtown Branch, and North Thurston High School. Healthy Kids Day is full of activities designed to bring families together to engage in active play and learn healthy habits that help them grow and thrive. Activities include a bouncy obstacle course, crafts, face painting, kids Yoga and Tai Chi, and fitness testing. You won't want to miss the fun!"
